The first step in your emergency transportation continuity/contingency plan is to establish a Customer Relationship (i.e. a New Account). Download the three documents on the right (Service Profile, Credit App, and Master Agreement), fill them out and return them.

Air charters never happen when it is convenient, when you have lots of time to spend applying for credit or dictating your contact information over the phone. So establish an account now, and you’ll find “just-in-case” can make all the difference in your next “just-in-time” emergency.

9-1-1 Air Charter (a dba of 911 Air Cargo, Inc.) is not a direct or indirect "Air Carrier", and does not own, manage or operate aircraft. 9-1-1 Air Charter, as agent for its Customers, arranges flights on aircraft operated by FAR Part 135 or 121 air carriers or foreign equivalent ("Operators"), who shall maintain full operational control of charter flights at all times. Operators providing services must meet FAA or JAR safety requirements as well as additional safety standards established by 9-1-1 Air Charter.
